Download and Install LastPass
Your LastPass account will give you access to your data anytime, anywhere when you log in to LastPass since your stored data is securely synced to our servers.
If you are a LastPass Enterprise or Identity admin, please see Install LastPass Software Using the Admin Console.

Install the LastPass web browser extension
- Go to the LastPass downloads page.
- Click Download for your desired web browser extension, or click Quick Install if you are actively using your desired web browser.
- In your browser toolbar, click the inactive LastPass icon .
- Enter your email address and Master Password, then click Log In.An active LastPass icon is now displayed in your toolbar to indicate you are successfully logged in to LastPass.
Install the iOS app

- Locate the LastPass Password Manager app for iOS in the App Store.
- Tap Get > Install.
Open the LastPass Password Manager app, then log in with your username and Master password.

- Locate the LastPass Password Manager app for Android in the Google Play Store.
- Tap Install.
- Review the required app permissions, then tap Accept when ready.The app is now installed on your Android device.
Open the LastPass Password Manager app, then log in with your email address and Master Password.
Install the LastPass Mac app
- Download and install the LastPass Mac app from LastPass at https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php#app-for-mac.
Open the LastPass Mac app to launch it, then log in with your email address and Master Password.
Install the LastPass for Safari app extension
- Download the LastPass for Safari app extension.
- Locate the download, then double-click on the LastPass.dmg file to open.
- Click and drag the LastPass app icon to the Applications folder. If you had installed a previous version of the LastPass for Safari app extension and are prompted that the LastPass.app already exists in the Applications folder, click Replace.
- Open the Applications folder, then double-click on the LastPass app and click Open.The LastPass for Safari app extension is now installed.
- Enter your email address and Master Password, then click Log In.

Install the LastPass for Windows Desktop application
- From your desktop, open the Microsoft Store application.
- Search for LastPass and click on the desktop application (not the web browser extension application ) or go directly to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/lastpass/9wzdncrfj3qk.
- Click Get, then sign in to your Microsoft Live account, or click No, thanks to skip that process.The LastPass for Windows Desktop application is now installed.
Launch the LastPass for Windows Desktop application, then log in with your email address and Master Password.

Add Lastpass Icon To Desktop
The binary component is included in the LastPass Universal Installer for Mac and Windows, and is supported on the Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera, desktop web browsers via the web browser extension.
Install on non-admin or locked down computers
You may need to access your LastPass account on a computer that does not allow installation of add-ons, or where you do not wish to leave any files behind.
In our mission to provide you with the most comprehensive access possible, you can use your online Web Vault by logging in with your username and Master Password at https://lastpass.com to securely access your decrypted data.
